Hi everyone. I have been reading this site for 4 plus years and learned a great deal about the world of Baseball. My son is a 2010 C with good grades and looking to the east coast to find that right fit of baseball and academics. (we are left coast people)

He will be attending the Head First showcase in early august and he is looking at other showcases to get exposure for the other schools he has contacted.

Blue Chips Prospects lists a number of these schools and has events which work with his planned trip. What has been other peoples experience with these events.

Brian,
Welcome to the HSBBWEB.
A few things to consider:
*Make a honest evaluation of where he could play.
*Make a top ten list that could be a fit, both academically and baseball(talent) wise.
*Contact(again son) these schools and let them know where you will be this summer.
*If he had a good season or writeup put a link on the e-mail to his team website or newspaper site.
*Also put the HS coaches phone # and e-mail on there.
* I am not a big video guy but in your case it would be a plus if you had a little tape to send if requested.

You(your son) needs to be proactive and let the coaches know that he has an interest in their school.
