Just got back from the Blue Gray Showcase in Williamsburg, Va. and wanted to share our experience and the financial value.
2 plane tickets $458
3 night hotel $327
Meals $190
Other misc $65
Showcase cost $495
Spent Over 1500 dollars

What we got

3 hour work out along with 40 other kids
4 ab and 7 innings in the field (did not cover the field and they lost a day)
A opening banquet that was equivalent to a Stouffers Lasagne

They claimed 22 schools. I saw about 13

There were 160 kids. With 4 at bats and 7 innings in the field how does one get noticed?

Value for our money??????

He did go 3 for 4 at least and made no errors in the field on 4 balls hit to him.

This was our first experience with a showcase. Are they all set up like this??? Overpriced and under valued
