Blue-Grey National Battle of the States

My son was invited to the Blue-Grey National Battle of the States II & III both held at the Houston Astros complex in Kissimmee, Florida (Aug 26-28 and October 28-30). It claims that last years event drew nearly 80 colleges and 17 pro scouts. Please give me feedback on if this event is really going to help my son get exposure and does it help in the recruiting process? We live in North Carolina. Thanks.
