Blue Grey Pro Showcase in Tempe AZ

My son recently received an invitation to the Blue Grey Pro Select showcase in Tempe AZ. He has attended several Blue Grey Showcases in the past and been very happy with them but this one involves a lot more travel, money and time. Does anyone have any comments or opinions as to whether this is worth the trip. Probably would only be there for 1 and half days. If anyone has been there before please let me know what you think.
