Bobby Leeper

Bobby has not made any decisions yet. My son played with him this summer on the Cubs 18u team. Bobby is a great young man and an outstanding student. The kid really loves to hit and works at it. He has an outstanding arm I mean a cannon. I look for him to have a great year for Wakefield HS.

Well, with that endorsement...to go along with what I've seen I'd think he should be very high on a lot of teams lists.

My son played with Bobby at the PG Atlantic TP Showcase. Son just committed to UNC Greensboro. They are looking for one more outfielder...

Did he sign with any school?

Bobby has no signed yet he is taking his time as he should. He has some opportunities but is going to wait for awhile. I do know that Va Tech and Army have been after him very hard. Whoever gets him is going to be getting one heck of a young man and player as well.

Agree, He's a Player and VT would do well to get him. I'm surprised he's not more highly recruited.

Thanks for all the posts...got the appointment to West Point, but had second thoughts, and signed with UNC-Wilmington.

You can always go into the Service and get your commision if you do well in school. But you can't always play ball out of the Academy's should the opportunity present itself.
