Rusty Hardin, Clemens' attorney and a former Harris County prosecutor, sharply disagrees with Hill.

"I saw Roger record the (YouTube) video just as I saw him record his interview with 60 Minutes," Hardin says. "As a former prosecutor, I saw a man who told the truth. I trust my 15 years in having been in that position much more than I'd trust the opinion of some voodoo expert."

Ouch! Name calling. Major corporations spend a lot of money on being able to read body language. Even attornies hire a jury consultant trained in body language to observe potential jurors. If you've ever been in the jury pool room the defendent looks around the room with sad eyes attempting to make eye contact with everyone. Somewhere in that room is a jury consultant observing your response. If you want out of jury duty, glare back.
