And remember... Just because you're behind the screen doesn't mean your 100% safe... I got hit in the head after a ball my son hit in the cage ricocheted inside the net off a ceiling beam... I almost lost consciousnesses, and it hurt a ton... The next morning I went and bought a coaching helmet before our BP session... During THAT session, he hit another that ricocheted inside the net off a beam on the side of the cage and it hit me directly in the left side of the head right above the ear - only much harder that the evening before... LUCKILY, I had that helmet on!

I raised my hands in victory, I was so happy!
