For many reasons, I'm a big fan of Coach McCay's.
That's an excellent link, and it's quite accurate based upon what I've heard since Coach McCay arrived.
He would not have left his position at UNC if he hadn't believed that he could build a winning program there, and he seems to be doing it.

Yes, a very good link, actually saw it before I posted this....Trying to cast a little bit wider net. All sounds very promising for the program.
