I have read several strings about Bucknell and Patriot League schools not having baseball scholarships. But I also saw this article which notes that one player got an 80% scholarship. Supposedly the league now allows limited scholarships in football. Does anyone know that latest on baseball scholarships for Bucknell?

The Patriot League started providing football scholarships in 2013. Maybe it's expanding to other sports. The statement in the article is not specific regarding the kind of money received. If a parents mentions their kid got 80% it could be academic and financial money. An 80% baseball scholarship to Bucknell would be unlikely even if they provided baseball scholarships.

My 2015 visited Bucknell in January (2014) and was told by the HC that they do not offer baseball scholarships. I know that they do offer some football scholarships.

I think the Patriot League now allows a whopping ONE scholarship, and I don't know how many teams have it in their budgets at this time.
