Can anyone give me some info on these conf's and the teams in them?

ODAC is a very good baseball league. Hampden-Sydney went to the WS last year. H-S, Bridgewater, and Lynchburg College all have a shot at rankings for this year. All the schools are very much academically-oriented, espcially when compared with USA South--another topnotch D-III league in the VA-Carolinas area.
CAC - Strong conference with MAry Washington, Salisbury and York. Last year Mary Washington and Salisbury both went to the Regionals. Year before that UMW, SU and York all went to the Regionals.

My son is looking at Bridgewater, too. Therefore, I refuse to devulge any additional information.

Nice school. Has grown in the past 10 years. Head Coach is also the AD. Decent facilties. Great location--15 mins from JMU and about 10,000 girls.

As far as UMW, if you make it past the 60 to 70 players trying out each fall you will do fine.
