i just finished up my sophomore year playing on the jv team. I am a catcher and respectally batted .300. i would want to play college but i will not get any playing time on varsity until senior year because our junior catcher is a D1 prospect. Does this hurt my chances of playing at the enxt level and what can i do to get more noticed?

Learn to play another position and improve your hitting---make coach want to put you in the lineup

Also make sure you MAKE the varsity next year

Also consider looking into summer and fall teams where you get extra work and may have other oportunities to improve, play and be seen.
