I don't think Coach Serrano was in on this. He's serious. He can't be that good of an actor. If Serrano was joking around he wouldn't be talking about compliance and physicals. CSUF is a public university and anyone who wants to try out has to get the chance.

....watch it again. The interview in Serrano's office was no doubt rehearsed. And the fact that Domingo was allowed to lead the team in stretching was hilarious...Yes, I'd have to say Serrano is a pretty good actor!
I was there when it was filmed - you'll see when the other videos are posted. Serrano was serious and was not acting.
