If a redshirt freshman transfers to junior college and completes his AA degree after just 1 year of junior college, is he eligible for the draft? If not, can someone explain the rules? Thank You!

yes,after you play for the Juco you are eligible for the draft
No academic requirements are necessary other than being eligible and participating on the team to be draft eligible from a JUCO. He may not even have to be academically eligible, just enrolled at a junior college.
