I just signed up online for the Cangelosi Kick Off Showcase on September 1st. They say over two hundred college and university coaches have been contacted to visit. To top it off it was only $100

Sept 1st is an NCAA quiet period where no D1 coaches are allowed to leave campus to recruit.
There may be some JC's, NAIA schools and D3 coaches who attend but don't expect any D1 coaches.

I'm pretty sure they are going to be working it as well so therefore they should all be there in some way or another. I do understand what you mean, but I if the coaches work the showcase they can be on the field.
