Ok folks, the title of this thread was a joke before you start in on me again. Get it...Can't take the Heat.

Anyhow, talked to Vanlandingham today and he mentioned he is hanging up his coaching shoes. I tried to talk him out of it over lunch but he was set in stone.

Enjoy watching your son from the bleachers Lynn. Maybe some day we can get together and coach a coach pitch team. At least we would know we would have a good pitching staff.

PD - I will no longer be the head coach of the Arlington Heat. No big deal, I couldn't even beat the 15 year old Mustangs this year.

Maybe Ken and I can start a Premier/AFLAC/Area Code/All-American/Select/All-Star Program
