Anybody know where online you can purchas the type of catcher mask uses in pros, the kind that fits over a batting helmet and what kind of helmet goes with it ,and are they legal in high school?

You can probably get them from any sporting goods dealer that you can find. But in regards to your second question they are NOT legal under NFHS rules. Catcher's helmets have to be one single unit which is why everyone is going to the hockey style mask.
