Colonial Heights beat Trinty Episcopal 15 - 10 in one 10 inning game. Score after 7 was 12-5 Colonials. Just Pre-season, but good to finally see a game.
It sounds like James River being nationally ranked really pumped the boys up.

We heard the same thing about Godwin. As you can imagine, we were thrilled!! From what we've heard their pitching is not real strong. We aren't thrilled, however, about having to play you guys now!! Yikes!!

You get us on a Tuesday night, and we have our district opener on Thursday, so who knows what will happen. I don't know how our coaches will align the pitching, but I would think we would save our best for the district game. Might turn out to be a question of who outslugs the other in that kind of game. But since we're playing at your place, I wouldn't bet on a lot of HR's. What is it, 480' to center?
Not to mention, we usually play in daylight. Thank goodness daylight savings time is starting earlier this year. After dark on March 20, the temp is likely to plummet. You guys may be more used to that than us. Speaking as one of the folks who'll be sitting on metal bleachers, I'm praying for an unseasonably warm evening!
