What makes you believe your arm problems are caused by “wrapping the ball behind your head” and by nothing else?
im doing the same thing and i just foundout my arm problems are DEFINITELY because im wrapping my arm.
try starting with the ball up in the power throwing position and than step and throw do this about 30 times than once you master than progressively move it down farther.
im having a ton of trouble changing things too. on top of that my college coach still wants me to catch while i try to relearn how to throw for pitching which is just going to reinforce improper mechanics
