During an offensive time out, the pitching coach runs out to the mound, says something quickly to the pitcher, and immedietly returns(not delaying the game at all).
Would this be a 'charged' defensive time out also?

When one team is granted time for a conference, the other team may conference without being charged provided they end before or at the same time as the team requesting the conference and do not cause a delay.
