My wife and I are graduates of CSU. CSU is a small liberal arts Baptist college. We loved our time at CSU. The campus is small and intimate. Many of those who attend are people of faith. CSU is located just outside of Charleston. It is also located within a 20 to 30 minute drive to several beautiful beaches. Charleston has been voted the most friendly city in the US on several occasions.
(don't mean to sound like a tour guide!)

The baseball program has been competitive but usually ends up as a middle of the road conference type team. CSU often plays powerhouse teams like the University of South Carolina so there is opportunity to play high level teams. We were usually competitive with them. All in all, my wife and I loved our time at CSU and would highly recommend it.

Chap you got that right. My son is a JR there and loves the place.
I usually don't discuss the BB program on a public site but it is a great place.
I will say I have talked to a couple guys who are freshmen this year.
I know about 5 Canadians who have gone there and played ball and graduated. Everyone I talked to said they would live there in a heart beat.
Friendly is an understatement.
