Does the City of Chicago have an RBI program for areas like the old Cabrini Green or Robert Taylor Homes similar to the City of NY has with it's Harlem RBI program that is associated with the MLB?? I thought with the new development of "The Quincy" and "North Town Village", that there would also be some kind of RBI program to help inner city youth. I can't find anything on the web about this in Chicago. The only thing that comes close to it is the program by the Cubs that is Wrigleyville. Is Wrigleyville an RBI program as well?? Anyone know?? Most people when they think of Wrigleyville, think of the area next to Wrigley field, it's not the same thing!!

Never mind, thanks anyway, I found the answer!!

BBWatcher,

Quite a scandal currently going on with the City of Chicago and Mayor Richard Daley for outside truck driver contracts.

Since you mentioned the "City of Chicago" and "programs", BeenthereIL was just trying to create a joke in light of the current scandal. I don't think he meant any disrespect with the RBI program.
