YIPPEE and BUCKETS OF KUDOS to Val's daughter, "Chill, Jr.," who yesterday led her high school basketball team to a NH state quarterfinal victory while topping the 1000 point career milestone in the process!!!! applaude clap applaude clap

You may recall that Chill, Jr. recently broke her high school's assist record, also. WOW---what a team player! applaude

Chill likely remains in a state of euphoria, too dazed (or still too "shy"?? Wink) to share the good news...so once again I will do it for her. Hey, what are good friends for??! Big Grin

I happen to know that Chill, Jr. has endured a LOT of adversity along the way, and has taken the high road throughout. So her successes now are all the more sweet...and a real blessing!

Let's hear it one more time for Chill, Jr. and the entire Chilly family!!!! YAHOOOOOOOO!!

Say an Irish prayer for little Chill and family---tonight is the state semifinal game against their major rival and number one seed in the tournament.

Well, ladies, I chatted with Val and, unfortunately, the pot of gold came crashing down on their heads last night and what ensued was apparently a real St. Paddy's Day, unsaintly drubbing. Frown

But the Chilly family is fine, albeit a bit shell-shocked. Kudos to Chill, Jr. on a remarkable senior season, and best of luck to her in her future endeavors. Carry on! applaude

Anyway...thanks for the support girls.
She is a trooper and I am so very proud of her.
More good things to come her way.....she just needs to get over the "what ifs".......
