First scrimmage yesterday here in nippy PA. Game ended at 36 degrees, 20 mph winds. Lucky for Junior he started the game on the hill, while he could still feel his fingers. More than a few guys felt the pain of a jam job yesterday. Not a good day for hitting or score keeping!! Looks like the same wx for tomorrow's scrimmage - can't tell you how jealous I am of you Southern Folk.

I went down to Lancaster, Pa. to watch my son's first college game. Endicott vs Franklin & Marshall (spring trip) and it was freezing and blowing a gale. Poor boys, they looked frozen! My son, a freshman, pitched an inning and looked good so at least he was happy!
Are we ever going to be warm again!
