Anyone know what Chris Young of the Padres velocity normally is?

We were at the Dodger vs. Padre game on Saturday and he was 85-86 early on, 84-85 in the third inning and 83 to start the fourth. His off speed stuff was working fairly well but he wasn't locating the fastball even at those speeds.

He is usually anywhere from 85-90. Usually sitting around 86-87.
