I've heard a lot about the CICL, just wanted to know how you can possibly get on a team. Any info would be great guys, thanks

It has been a great league...pitching dominated. I have heard through the grapevine that the Dupage Dragons supposedly have completed their roster.
However, go to their website. Notice the number of teams last year. Then, go to this year's schedule. There are only 4 teams in the league scheduled for play.

How many teams are participating in this league this year? Are the Norwood Blues part of this league?

The Blues are 18 and under and are part of the NABF. The CICL is a college league. Many ex-Blues did play in the CICL last summer.

If I'm thinking of same league, Springfield dropped out due to dismal attendance, although apparently couple sharp baseball investors from Wisconsin are attempting to resurect that franchise. Springfield has had difficult time supporting baseball franchises, including minor league teams.
Ironically, just couple hours to west in Quincy, they average couple thousand per game with their CICL franchise.
