Class/Age for Showcase?

I have a son who wanting to go to a PG showcase in Sept 08. This is an Underclassman Showcase. What is the Class/Age for cutoffs to attend this showcase? he is currently a sophomore, but ofcourse will be a Junior at the timne of the showcase? Would appreciate any info. This one happens to be in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Thanks
