What can you Ohio folks tell me about the baseball program at Cleveland State?

I am from Cleveland but know very little about the baseball program, other than it has not enjoyed much success in terms of wins and losses.

A local player just signed there, and from watching him over the years here, I would not have pegged him as a D-I player. I don't know how many scholarships CSU funds, but they don't appear to draw (or be able to draw) the best talent.
