Stranded 1 said you don't really understand your logic here. You say you used to yell a lot, No I did not I said you have to pick your spots and to be honest I rarely yelled but when I did they knew. to be honest it usually had to do with mental mistakes. There were certain things that were not tolerated and had consequences( benching a player). Yes taking a player out for not running a ball out or throwing equipment . Missing practice was a no no . Had to have a very and I mean very good reason and you had to let me know. Happened once the player was a starter was benched the next game. And here is the really great part I had no problem from the player and I remember his father wanting to see me after the game. His response was one of support. I just wonder as this was many years ago how would that have gone today?
