Son has received letter stating that the coaches will leave tickets to the game of our choice at Will Call. When attending game would we try to introduce our selfs or what would we do.

I certainly would have your son introduce himself after the game.
By all means, your son should go down on the field after the game and introduce himself. Remind him to dress casually, but nice and be clean cut. This will probably be the first time the coach has ever met your son in person, first impressions can be lasting impressions.
I assume this is a HS JR. When we did this, the staff made sure that our son not only met the coach, but they also gave us a tour of the facility. Once they know you're coming, its nice if they spend a little time with you. Especially if you made a trip to see them. But it wasn't the head coach who gave the tour, it was an assistant coach on the baseball team. There were several HS students there and we got a group tour. Great time to ask questions and see other parts of the program like weight rooms and study labs for athletes.
You should let the coaching staff know that you are coming, so they can plan for your attendance, especially if you are coming from a long distance.
I like going very early to the game to introduce ourselves and it also lets you watch BP and pre-game which is often a good way to see how they play the game.
