Coach Leoni and Kyle Werman

Kyle Werman will be coaching this year, he just accepted a position. I will post when official.

Heard talk of Frank Leoni to GWU about a week ago, but no confirmation so far.

I have to agree the interim thing doesn't make much sense unless it was requested by Sheridan for reasons that we are not aware of. Coach Sheridan is more than capable & experienced in going from top D3 to a mid-to-low D1 program. I think the biggest challenge he will face is recruiting talent into a private D1 school coming from a public D3.

One would assume that the head coach will be someone from Professional Baseball who is unable to be announced until after the MBL season is over.

Kyle has accepted a position as the recruiting coordinator at St. Joseph's University (D-I, A10 Conference). Congrats!

Congrats to Kyle and St Joes for picking up a top quality coach who understands the game and more importantly can communicate it to the ballplayers.

Anyone know where Leoni is interviewing/looking? My son (and I assume others) have had recent emails from him, saying he is about to land in a new home.

What jobs are still open at this point?

Univ Maryland Eastern Shore may be the answer?

Any words yet on how the recruiting is going for Leoni at Marymount?
