Yes he is.  My personal opinion is that he has a nearly perfect temperament for HS kids and a very good perspective of the games role in the kids overall HS experience.  If he decides to stay there long enough he could win 400-500 games or more.

He's got about 60 right now in his 3rd year.  In the 3 preceding years as the JV coach I think he was something like 50-5. 

 

He is a young man so if he coaches another 15+ years and wins 18-20 games a year he'll get there no problem.  As long as the Southern Chesapeake baseball feeder system is pumping out the players it has over the last 10-15 years he'll have the horses to make GB dominant in the current setup. Especially when/if Hickory gets pushed to Group 6.
