Wondering if anyone from N. Texas has participated in any Coast 2 Coast program.

My son attended one of these tryouts a couple of years ago. Players attending did not seem to be higher level type players. Son was chosen to play on team in Puerto Rico but declined. Cost was several thousand dollars with no benefit of being scouted. If you just want the experience of playing there it might be fun.
