11:47 pm - I would not place anything on here that was not time tested. 12 years and 100+ pitchers later that I communicate with always.... Not one problem. But hey, there can always be a first. Though I hope that won't ever be the case. There is no replacement for actually going out and throwing to someone. This is for those that cannot break routine. Heck I am the last guy that wants to keep our kids inside. Just a part of the buffet. Take what you want. It is not an alternate to the towel drill. The natural throwing arc should not be altered.
The last 2 minutes of the clip is my favorite. Visualization is BIG!!
