anyone know any books on college baseball? even better any ones that give profiles of the school's baseball team? any help is very much appreciated

I tried putting the link here but it keeps knocking me off of this site so I'll give you the site name, www.thesportsource.com has a book out called the 11th edition baseball guide. It says it is the official athletic college guide. Sells for $34.95 on their site but Amazon also has new and used copies, some for considerably less if you buy it used. Packed w/info that at least gives you help in narrowing down the field of potential school. Much info on school and team.
It was recommended on this site when I got mine. Mine, the 9th ed. has about 1100 pgs. You can also call them direct at 1-800-862-3092 to order. Hope you find this useful.

thank you- i have had much trouble finding college books specifically on college sports even more specifically baseball, so thanks for the help, much appreciated

What you can also do is "google up" the schools you have interest in---the website will give you info on the school as well as the athletics---the one problem I found with books is that because of printing deadlines some of the info on coaches is outdated---on the school website it is up to date

yeah- i have been doing that for many many schools i was just wondering if there were any books that might give like a profile of each school, that way it would be coming from a less biased source
