All players will receive quality instruction from NCAA coaches and will have a great opportunity to demonstrate their abilities as a hitter, pitcher, and catcher.

Campers will participate in drills and will be taught the same skills that NCAA players use.

9:00-9:15am Arrival and registration
9:15-9:30am Active warm-up and stretch
9:30-9:45am Discussion on technique: Stance, balance etc
9:45-11:45am Various drills: Tee Work, Soft Toss,
Short Toss, & Live BP
11:45-Noon Wrap up
Pitching and catching camp
12:30-1pm Mechanics of Throwing
1-1:30pm Balance and the windup
1:30-2pm The Stretch and defending the running game as a pitcher
2-2:30pm Fielding the position (PFP’s)
2:30-3pm Off Speed pitches and changing speeds
Catchers
12:30-1:30pm Receiving: stances, runners on base, glove position
1:30-2pm Blocking
2 –2:30pm Mechanics of Throwing
2-3pm Giving signs and setting up hitters
3- 3:30pm Putting it altogether catching pitchers
