Why is that no college baseball games are on national television besides the college world series? I see tons and tons of d1 football and basketball games on all of time time, but there is no d1 baseball games on television. Why is that? I know many will say that baseball isn't as marketable as football and basketball and there isn't much of a fan base for it. If they began showing college baseball on tv like they do with football and basketball, I believe the game would gain popularity.

All one has to do is look at the college world series ratings over the past few years, they have gradually increased every year. Do you guys see college baseball becoming a regularity on television like football and basketball any time soon?

Not sure where you've been but every weekend here you can catch a baseball game on TV. I caught quite a few of son's games on ESPN, FSN, CCS. A lot depends on where you reside also as many games are regional.
If you have a favorite team many games are now on the internet.

Remember that it's basketball season and most likely until that's over you won't get as much bb as you will after the bskb championships.
Sorry, I have to say that you guys are in denial. There are almost no College Baseball Games on National TV, that's the fact! I don't think people would like to watch baseball games on those tiny computer screens.

Look at Japan, they not only televise college baseball, but also televise a lot of high school baseball games Nationwide. I know baseball maybe the only hot team sports they got, but should we learn something from them? Baseball is the American's game, for god sake!

As a baseball addict, I am really mad at ESPN, the monoploy of the sports network!

"Stay Local" is the biggest problem, If I want wacth Stanford Baseball game, should I fly to San Francisco from Kansas everytime when they have a home game? What if I want to watch every top 25 team's game, should I travel around everyday like those scouts do?
