Follow up again with email...now is a pretty good time. Reiterate your interest. Attach a HS season and/or travel team schedule to your email and invite them to watch you play this coming season.

Don't over-do it or be a pest. Twice is enough.

Hopefully you understand the value of making a good first impression when meeting someone? If that initial contact comes via e-mail, then do your very best to punctuate and spell properly!

I'm not trying to be critical but just letting you know that Coaches receive hundreds, maybe thousands of written contacts. Paint a positive picture in that Coaches mind with your words and sentences rather than a negative impression that makes your mail easy to ignore. After all, you are trying to gain entrance into their University.
