I would search each school's website for the correct email and then copy it into a spreadsheet of your own.
As soon as someone's listing is posted (here or anywhere else)....it will be outdated. It is called a "coaching carousel" for a reason!
If you have a list of 10-30 schools, it shouldn't take too long. If you are sending to head coaches, add the recruiting coordinator as well if they have one listed.
Go to the college's roster page....you may find the coach's emails there. If not, go to the main athetics page....and look for a staff directory....even schools site has one. You'll find the most up to date emails and contact info that way
