College coaches "rules"

Just wondering what some of the different specific rules that college coaches have out there. For me I have had a new coach every year through high school and now through college ( I am a sophomore at the same school and going on another new coach). That being said I have had many new and different "rules" that each coach has and wondering what similarities and differences there are between coaches.

As son moved from childhood to adulthood the "rules" became fewer, I think there was more of an emphasis placed on "expectations" rather than actual rules.

I think it varies from program to program. You just have to find a program that suits you the best.
