College Cost-of-attendance

Anyone know how the cost of attendance stipend is going to work with baseball? Sons school announced the are going to pay stipends but it doesn't clarify if it going to be % based or flat rate?

Depends on the school even in Football. Seems to be pretty loose and up to interpretation.
