Expect nothing. YOU are the one who should initiate follow-up.

Send a polite e-mail thanking the coaches for running a fine event, expressing your interest in their program, and asking them for any evaluations or constructive criticisms they might offer. Ask them how you might continue pursuing an opportunity to play for them.

Typically you will get some response to such a note.

I agree. 2013 sent thank-you notes to the hosting coaches, as well as the others who "worked" the showcase a couple of weeks ago. Although they said the written evals would come by mid-January, he did thank them for their time, expressed his interest in the school and their program, and asked for their feedback. We knew he had a particularly good showing and two of the coaches immediately replied that they want his spring and travel schedule and they are looking for someone with his particular skillset in that recruiting class.

In my mind, that's the most important thing to determine - not only do they like you, but do they need you that particular year. One recruiting coordinator told us once: just because we don't need you in a particular year doesn't mean you couldn't play for us . . . it's all about timing and don't let anything break your spirit that quickly. They have particular needs every season based on who is graduating, and also based on the strength of a recruiting class to choose from.
Though its not really what you are asking, I would also recommend emailing the coach PRIOR to the camp to say you will be attending, that you are very interested in the school, and will be looking for their feedback as to whether you might be a good match. For some schools, this will be give them a heads up as to who they should be paying closer attention to.
