As a long time supporter of Sonoma State's baseball program [SSU Coach in 1977 for $1.00]
I wish to report the game of the Century.

Monday night and Tuesday morning 19 innings and 7 hours on the field, this "never quit" baseball team won the game and now will be playing again on Thursday.

Just Baseball:
Today in the local Press Democrat is a great article on team chemistry for SSU. The young high school player should read this when he considers
a college program.

It is important to interview the players on the current team before making a decision that can effect your baseball career. The young player must have eyes "wide open".

Your friend Matt Means is one of the strong assets for this team.

Recently, I watched Matt pitched while I was sitting next to a pro scout. This scout [long time friend] and I discussed Matt's ability to play pro baseball successfully.
