Pretty pathetic if you ask me. I'm still shocked that Cleveland gets away with that mascot considering the way this country is going.

We write to advise you that the date on which the replica Colt .45s jerseys, which will truly be replicas in all respects, will be worn is _____. Between now and then, we ask that you refrain from any other parodies in your correspondence, as it could lead to confusion or worse, sore ribs from excessive laughter.

My point being: If the Astros seriously said no, do you really think the MLB office would have pushed the issue further? Is this the kind of publicity Bud Selig is looking for?
