Buon Giorno, Karen -

Vada via che sa di aglio - actually, I think this translates to 'buzz off, garlic breath', but I thought it might keep you in the mood of Italy for just a few moments longer, and it's the only thing from my 'Wicked Italian' Phrase book that I thought I could get away with on this site Cool. Hope you had a bella vacation and that you have lots and lots of stories to share!

Best, URKMB

BTW, I have found a new comment for Blue thanks to you and my handy Italian phrasebook -
quote:
Mettiti un paio di occhiali
(Get some glasses). Now I just need to remember it...
Howdy, Karen.

Good to have you back ... we have missed hearing from you and tried our darnedest to have fun while you were gone, but my-oh-my, it was tough.

Looking forward to hearing about your trip and learning some new Italian phrases that we can all post here without having you see *** where naughty words should be ... Wink ... just kidding.

Get some sleep then fill us in on the fun stuff ...
