Coming to Nashville

My family and I are leaving for Nashville today. We're visiting family, looking at land in the Brentwood/Franklin area, and checking out some High School baseball.

My 12 year old son and I are planning on attending the championship game of the Warrior Spring Classic on Sunday. If the wife doesn't have a problem with it we might check out the 11:30am Marshall Co. vs Goodpasture game Saturday as well.

If anyone is planning on being at any of those games (Hoop!!!!) it would be nice to say hello. Look for a guy wearing a dark green Miami Hurricanes hat and a boy wearing a dark blue Tennessee Titans hat.

One last thing...

If we do come to the Saturday game we'll probably be accompanied by the ladies of my family (i.e. wife & 3 daughters).

I'll be at the finals of the tournament. Wearing khaki shorts (regardless of the weather)and a Vanderbilt baseball T-shirt (antique version) Good luck on permission from the wife. You might want to lose that Miami hat.

FlippJ, I know you won't get this until its too late but just south of there is Spring Hill, Tennessee. It is in Maury County. My Brother-in-Law and his family live there. It is a very nice place and we are thinking of moving there when our family situation here is over. (Older family members that need care.) If you have time, check it out. I love Franklin as well. It seems you can "hob knob" with the elite of Country Music around Franklin.
