When will the Rosters for the Commonwealth Games be posted?

I have heard that many players have chosen to attend East Cobb instead of doing both.
Isn't this the case every year? I don't know when the rosters will be posted, but it seems that every year we go through the pros/cons of having these two tournaments at the same time.

I am new to this forum, so excuse my ignorance on this issue. I understand that there is a conflict between East Cobb and the Commonwealth Games, that is one of the reasons I was looking for a roster of who would be attending. Does anyone know if there is a standard procedure of when and where the Rosters will be listed?
