Has anyone seen this? I have seen major leaguers wearing them and was wondering if you know where I can get one. Below is a pic of Evan Longoria wearing it.

My guess is a pair of scissors was involved. Seems the old style 3/4 sleeve cotton shirts we used to just call "sleeves" is back is style, but with a jagged edge where it was cut to just over the elbow. Don't ask me why.
I figured there could have been, but I think I have seen a company (maybe nike or something) make shirts with a short sleeve and a tight long sleeve, but I cannot find it online anywhere.
Just magnified the picture and you can clearly see that the left sleeve is jagged where it was hacked off. I haven't seen any offered from the manufacturer the way you described either.
