In 2 weeks my family and I will be going to the beach, we have a pool and access to the ocean. Is there anything that can be done in the pool or in the ocean, like swimming into the waves or something? My cousin who plays football, and is a monster, is coming and he says he has water resistance training ready... So is there anything?

Dude swimming is money for anything. Mainly lap swimming, just set a distance and swim that far every day and then eash day intensify it by going faster.

Also its great after you play, its like running so it removes the lactic acid. When i was in Hawaii for a showcase, i swam after each day and there was no arm pain at all.

BTW, Muhhamed Ali was know to train under water, as throwing punches under the water, look how good he was, maybe take swings under water? hahaha maybe.
