Can a coach speak to 2013 in person during a tournament out of town/state?

Thanks so much! I searched but hadn't been able to find that thread. We didn't realize that contact was still technically not permitted.
Check the rule on the NCAA website. For a 2013, I think the rule is that they cannot make contact until the team is finished with the tournament. So, technically, "during" the tournament is not allowed.
