Haven't pinned down exact interview list but top contenders CC Carroll Lee Yeager, Prosper Rick Carpenter and Tyler Lee Mike Pirtle and possibly Jesuit's Brian Jones

word is that there were 2 others besides that list and 3 pulled out before anything was decided. Some impressive names for sure were at least interested.

Final three were: Yeager, Pirtle, and Clark.

"Apply" almost never a good indicator when you're dealing with coaches this caliber... shield word to tell administrators and community... I can't pin down how far interest on either side got with Jones.. but he was on a list at some stage

he likely does but "brian jones did not apply" is a swiss cheese proclamation and could mean nothing other than Coppell might not have his current application on file.. in the view of this professional skeptic
